Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about her parents, however she does credit her grandfather as the one who gave her the motivation to work out. His grandfather was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. For the next ten years she continued taking classes. There were many competitions she participated in but wasn't as dedicated because she was not ready to be put on an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body could give all it can. Although she was popular in her teenage years, predominantly due to her beautiful looks and her curves body but we don't have any information on who was who was with her in this time. Ashley decided after she graduated to skip university and concentrate on her profession as model. Ashley realized that she didn't like the appearance of her body when she turned 15. Her grandpa to start going to the gym. He encouraged her to go slowly and work on her body slowly. Ashley inspired by her victory at 2013, at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued training hard. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition ended. Ashley was able to decide that she didn't wish to continue competing. As she continued to compete in competitions she received offers of photography shoots. She didn't want to join her two careers. After she retired from playing and resigned from the sport, she started working as a fitness-model. She was featured on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine that instantly launched her career of an exercise model after she signed with an agency for modeling. Modeling career has grown since then. She's posed in bikinis for famous fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
